1. Acceptance of Terms

This agreement is between Wahid’s Den (operated by Coach Shark & Team Wahid, referred to as "Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our") and the enrolling client (referred to as "Member," "you," or "The One"). By submitting an application, enrolling, or accessing any part of the 16- Week Transformation Program ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of The Service

The Service is a 16-week online health and fitness coaching program designed to promote fat loss, build strength, and foster discipline through a home-based training format.

It includes:

• Structured, proprietary digital training content and video guidance.

• Flexible nutrition support and guidelines.

• Access to an exclusive online Community platform.

• Personal and group accountability coaching by Team Wahid.

3. Member Obligations and Code of Conduct

The Den is founded on the principles of Unity and Focus.

You agree to:

• Personal Use Only: The Service, including all proprietary workout plans and guides, is licensed only for your personal, non-transferable use. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any content to third parties.

• Community Respect: Maintain a supportive, judgment-free, and respectful environment within The Den community. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive conduct towards other members or Team Wahid will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.

4. Health and Liability Disclaimer

The Service provides professional fitness and nutrition coaching. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting this or any physical activity program.

• You are voluntarily participating in The Service and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death arising from your participation.

• The Service Provider is not liable for any personal injury, health condition, or property damage resulting from your use of the content or participation in the program.

5. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to The Service immediately, without prior notice or refund, for any breach of these Terms, including failure to make payments or violations of the Code of Conduct.
